Born in Louisiana in 1977, I was raised in northwest Florida on the Gulf Coast.  I currently reside in Corpus Christi, Texas with my husband and two dogs.  I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in spring of 2006, summa cum laude.  I am currently a Master of Fine Arts candidate at TAMUCC, with a completion date of 2009.  My goals are to continue in the avante garde of photography and fully explore this media.  Recently I have begun a new role as Outreach Coordinator for the Art Museum of South Texas.  This opportunity allows me to work with the youth of our community in art education and awareness.
