Glenda Kronke spent her childhood on the Gulf Coast of Texas and has lived on both the East and West coasts.  Her strong connection to nature is rooted in her passion for camping and hiking; her work is heavily influenced by the patterns and textures she sees on these treks.  Her recent work explores the underlying structures that support nature's growth.
